One-On-One
The One-on-One training experience offers a personalized strength and conditioning program that aims to enhance performance, boost motivation, and provide mentorship.
Lions Adult Classes
The classes operate on a station-based system, where each station presents a unique exercise and a timed interval to complete it. This interval training approach allows both you and the coaches to customize the intensity according to your preferences and abilities.
Small Groups
Our small groups are semi-private training sessions designed for groups of up to four individuals. They provide the flexibility to tailor personalized programs for the entire group, wherein data and progress are tracked, creating a smaller, more intimate program.
Endurance Training
The Endurance program is designed to help runners, cyclists, and triathletes achieve their personal best and stay healthy as training volume and intensity increase. To become faster and stronger, endurance athletes need more than the standard low-resistance, high-repetition workouts, boot camps, or any other high-intensity one-size-fits-all approach. The training emphasizes proper biomechanics, strength, and stability, all of which are critical determinants of performance and contribute to reducing the risk of injury.
